How it works
For students
- On a course page you'll see a badge with a Claim button.
- The first time, choose the email address that should hold your badges and enter the code we send you.
- Later badges in any course are added to the same account with one click.
- View all your badges at My badges. They are private unless you choose to share them.
For course teams
- Create courses and milestones in your profile.
- Design each badge with a template, upload your own image, or overlay text on your own background.
- Choose a claim rule: on view, unlock code, approval, time gate or manual award.
- Copy the embed snippet into your Canvas page.
This badge celebrates a milestone you've reached in your course. It recognises your progress along the learning journey and is separate from any formal certificate or qualification. Learn more
